Some of the most demanding video work happens not in a studio — but on the floor of a major conference, where sessions are happening back-to-back, executives are speaking to packed rooms, and every moment is a moment you only get once.
In 2019, H Billi Media was brought in as the video production team for Salesforce ImpactTech in New York City — a high-stakes conference where Salesforce leaders and industry voices came together to talk about technology, social impact, and the future of business.
The Assignment: Full Conference Video Coverage
Our scope included two critical deliverables: keynote recording and video recaps.
Keynote Recording — Conference keynotes are the centerpiece of any major event. Every word, every moment on stage, needed to be captured cleanly with professional audio and sharp visuals. These recordings become the official record of the event and the content that lives online for years.
Event Recap Videos — Recap videos are how an organization extends the life of a conference far beyond the room. We captured the energy of the floor, the audience, the speakers, and the moments between sessions — then cut them into compelling short-form content that drives social engagement and reinforces brand credibility.
Why Conference Video Is a Strategic Asset
A corporate conference represents a major investment of time, budget, and brand attention. The companies that get the most out of these events are the ones that treat their video coverage as a content strategy, not an afterthought.
Well-produced conference video does several things at once: it gives people who couldn't attend a front-row seat, it gives speakers a polished record of their presentation, it gives marketers high-quality content for months after the event, and it signals to the world that your organization runs professional, high-caliber events.
What It Takes to Do Conference Video Right
Conference environments are unforgiving. Lighting changes constantly. Speakers move unpredictably. Sessions run over time. Audio is a nightmare if you're not prepared. There's no second take on a live keynote.
The team that covered ImpactTech arrived prepared: with the right gear, a clear shot list, and the experience to adapt on the fly when things didn't go exactly to plan. That's the difference between conference video that looks professional and conference video that looks like it was shot on a phone.
Bringing That Capability to the South Bay
H Billi Media is based in Redondo Beach, CA, and that same corporate video production experience is available to organizations right here in the South Bay and greater Los Angeles area. Whether you're hosting a company all-hands, a leadership summit, a product launch event, or an industry panel — we know how to capture it.
If you have an upcoming event and want video coverage that actually does something for your brand, let's talk before the date gets here.
