For many clients, a corporate video shoot is a new experience — and a little uncertainty is normal. At H Billi Media, we believe a well-informed client is a confident client, and confidence on camera translates directly into better content. Here's exactly what to expect when you book a corporate video production day with us in Los Angeles.

Before the Shoot: Pre-Production

Great video starts before the camera rolls. In the week leading up to your shoot, H Billi Media works with you on a production brief covering your objectives, key messages, tone, and audience. We create a shot list and run-of-show, confirm logistics for your location (whether that's your office, a studio, or a venue in LA), and coordinate any talent or on-screen participants.

Shoot Day: What the Schedule Looks Like

  • Setup (60–90 min): Equipment load-in, lighting setup, camera positioning, and audio check

  • Executive interviews and on-camera segments: Usually 30–45 min per subject

  • B-roll capture: Office environment, product shots, team footage, location shots

  • Drone aerial footage if applicable (outdoor shoots or rooftop access)

  • Wrap and equipment load-out: typically 30–45 minutes

After the Shoot: Post-Production and Delivery

After the shoot, H Billi Media handles all editing, color grading, sound design, music licensing, and graphics. A first cut is delivered for your review within the agreed timeline, followed by revision rounds until you're fully satisfied. Final deliverables are provided in all formats needed — broadcast, web, and social media versions included.

H Billi Media has produced corporate video content for clients including Samsung, Microsoft, Kirkland & Ellis, Engie Impact, Sisense, and SiriusXM. Based in Redondo Beach, we work with companies throughout Los Angeles, the South Bay, Orange County, and beyond. To book a corporate video shoot, contact us at info@hbillimedia.com.
